OUR ROLE.
We act as your independent advisor, ensuring the inspection process is thorough, transparent, and tailored to your specific needs, providing end-to-end oversight and expert guidance throughout the full pre-purchase inspection process:
Pre-Inspection Planning:
Coordinate with the seller and selected maintenance facility to establish the scope and timeline of the inspection.
Carry out the initial review of the logbooks and compliance records in advance.
On-Site Oversight:
Position an experienced Vertex engineer on-site to supervise and oversee the inspection.
Collaborate with the MRO to ensure all critical areas, such as engines, airframe, and avionics, are thoroughly inspected.
Negotiation Support:
Use our findings to support price negotiations with the seller, ensuring any necessary repairs are accounted for in the final agreement.
Advocate for your interests to ensure the best possible terms.
Regulatory Assurance:
Coordinate with the various aviation regulators (EASA, FAA, UKCAA, etc.) to ensure that the aircraft meets all relevant aviation regulations.
Coordinate with CAMOs and regulatory bodies to address compliance requirements.
