Zaher Deir is a seasoned aviation expert with over three decades of experience in corporate air transport, executive aircraft management, and VIP charter sales. He graduated from the CSE Air Training College in Oxford, United Kingdom, with a degree in Aircraft Engineering and has since held prestigious positions in Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Career Highlights:
Chief of Maintenance for Arab Wings of Jordan, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Director of Engineering and Operations for Executive Air Transport in Switzerland.
Founder and General Manager of SAMCO Aviation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
In 2004, Zaher established Jet Connections in Oxfordshire, UK, a company specialising in private aircraft management, sales, and acquisition. Ten years later, in 2014, he launched Pristine Jet Charter in Dubai, UAE, focusing on private aircraft charters.
Zaher has a proven track record of success, having purchased 32 executive aircraft for VIP clients and managed a fleet of nine private jets, including Boeing Business Jets, Challengers, Gulfstreams, Legacies, Citations, and Dassault Falcons.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Zaher is a passionate pilot. In 2001, he obtained his private pilot license from the UK CAA and enjoys flying.

With over 25 years of experience in the aircraft industry, Mohamed is a highly skilled Technical Advisor and Consultant specialising in aircraft maintenance and safety. He has an extensive background in managing the maintenance of a wide range of business jets, including Bombardier and Falcon models, and possesses deep expertise in troubleshooting complex mechanical and avionics systems.
Mohamed's career has spanned various key roles in the aviation sector, where he has consistently demonstrated his commitment to maintaining high standards of airworthiness and operational safety. He has led maintenance teams, managed large-scale projects, and provided technical support to aviation organisations worldwide, ensuring compliance with both Federal Aviation Regulations and international standards.
His qualifications include multiple maintenance certifications from prestigious training centres in the USA, Canada, France, and Turkey, as well as FAA and CAA validations for various aircraft. Mohamed is fluent in both English and Arabic, and is known for his meticulous approach to technical documentation, inspection protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Throughout his career, Mohamed has built strong relationships with global vendors and MROs, leveraging these connections to deliver effective maintenance solutions and support. His vast knowledge, strategic leadership, and dedication to excellence make him an invaluable resource in the field of aircraft maintenance and aviation consultancy.

Engineer
Saleem is a seasoned aircraft maintenance expert with over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry. He holds FAA, Cayman CAA, and Jordanian CAA Airframe and Powerplant Licenses and a B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering from Manchester University, England.
Saleem has a proven track record in managing and controlling major aircraft maintenance projects. He has overseen maintenance operations for a diverse fleet, including corporate jets such as the Embraer Legacy 135BJ, Challengers, and Boeing Business Jets, commercial airliners like the Airbus A319, A320, A321, Boeing 737-800, 737 MAX, Boeing 757, and Boeing 787, and various military aircraft.
Saleem ensures the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance in all his work.

Engineer
Imad is an accomplished Aircraft Engineer with five years of experience in the aviation maintenance industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and a Master of Science in Aviation Engineering and Management, both from the University of South Wales, UK (approved EASA and CAA Facility).
Imad has been actively involved in the inspection and maintenance of a diverse range of aircraft, including performing C and D checks on Airbus models such as the A340, A300, A330, A320, and A310, as well as the Boeing Business Jet, Embraer ERJ-175 and Dassault Falcon 7X.
Imad has also overseen various maintenance projects, demonstrating a meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
